A Letter to Our Clients on Human Arc's 25th Anniversary

My sole purpose with this letter is to express my deepest gratitude to you, our clients, for helping turn a simple premise into a reality that has significantly benefitted the people to whom we’ve both been dedicated.

Exactly 25 years ago when I founded Human Arc, my premise was that the best interests of the private and the public sectors, working together, would accomplish more to improve access to healthcare and quality-of-life benefits for our nation’s most at-risk populations than either sector could by itself.

Today Human Arc is 335 committed professionals.  Our company has helped millions of people and produced billions of dollars of incremental revenue for our nation’s hospitals and health plans.  We’ve been named ten times among the Weatherhead 100 Fastest Growing Companies in our area and seven times among the North Coast 99 Best Places to Work.  Human Arc has been honored as the recipient of the Pillar Award for Community Service as well as the Crain’s Health Care Heroes Award for the way we conduct our business.

And I am proud to report that the Human Arc business model has not changed in 25 years: we serve your fiscal interests by caring deeply about and serving the needs of the patients and plan members who depend upon you.  In fact, our goal is to make a difference in the lives of over a million people each year.

On this, Human Arc’s silver anniversary, I again thank you for your support and business over the years.  Human Arc and I want you to know that we will innovate and perform at our highest levels to help you achieve your objectives in the coming years.
